Keep Studio Manager informed of any accidents, emergencies, or incidents.Perform the weekly Studio Inspection Checklist.Conducting daily inspection of the studio and completing the corresponding inspection sheets and reporting facility issues to Studio Manager (or Regional Manager) for immediate repair or part ordering.Reviewing facility cleaning crew and uploading any issues via photo and connecting directly with company to have the issue resolved.Perform end of the month inventory duties.Purchase and take inventory of studio supplies.Assists with returns and voids due to accidental charges.Retain members by using Best Practices outlined in Training Guides.
Ensuring that team members are well informed of studio special events, discounts, programs, etc.Ensuring guests receive hospitable, consistent, accessible and courteous service. Maintaining high visibility and positive interaction with guests at all times.Responsible for making sure the Team is collecting on accounts and following Autopay procedures.This is measured with conversion percentage and sales performance charts. Leading the Team with strong Membership Sales.Greet Guests by name and make sure they leave the studio feeling better than they arrived. Engage with Members & Guests to develop relationships in the Perspire Sauna Studio community.Work closely with the Studio Manager on the implementation of standard operating procedures, specifically managing and training Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants.Assists with daily opening/closing duties and overseeing they are being executed by all team members.Responsible for curating (2) testimonials with pictures per month. Responsible for curating (2) social media photo images per week to be uploaded.Responsible for updating the Team with new Best Practices, Sales Tactics, Deals & Special Programs.Responsible for re-training and quizzing Team Associates periodically.Maintain a team that is highly passionate, goal-oriented and committed to advancing the knowledge and benefits of IR saunas and Perspire as a company. Assist the Studio Manager in hiring, training, motivating, directing and evaluating all studio Team Associates.

The Assistant Studio Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and consistent experience during every visit through effective operations management and Perspire Sauna Studio team oversight.
